Install Adobe Flash Player 11 on Fedora 18

Adobe flash player is the most widely used application for accessing the flash content on web, flash player supports multiple operating system such as Windows,Linux and Mac. You can find adobe flash player on every single pc, it is required by almost all websites. Here is the step by step installation of Adobe flash player on Ubuntu 12.10.

Open Mozilla Firefox and navigate to website which contains flash videos (Ex. YouTube.com) to identify whether flash player installed or not.  If not found, Firefox will notify about missing adobe flash plugin.

YUM Repository:

To install adobe flash plugin, download and install adobe product yum repository.

### 32 Bit ###rpm -Uvh http://linuxdownload.adobe.com/adobe-release/adobe-release-i386-1.0-1.noarch.rpm### 64 Bit ###

rpm -Uvh http://linuxdownload.adobe.com/adobe-release/adobe-release-x86_64-1.0-1.noarch.rpm

Now install adobe flash plugin.

yum install flash-plugin

Once completed, open Firefox and navigate to flash videos website to verify the installation.

RPM Method:

Download and Install flash plugin directly from adobe website.
