I stopped writing a blog post on my personal domain since last year; it was based on WordPress 3.0. I thought to purchase a new domain and host that blog with old posts, so i purchased a new domain and uploaded the files and databases. I completed all the work, i was able to successfully login; i decided to disable the search engine crawling until the blog get configured and ran smooth. I did disable search engine crawling using privacy option under settings, i did update of plugins, themes and WordPress core to 3.5.
I had finished all the work, i was looking to enable search engine crawling from privacy option under settings; i couldn’t find the setting. I looked all the options under settings and lastly i found at reading option under setting panel.
Dashboard —-> Settings —–> Reading —–> Search Engine Visibility
Check it to Disable search engine crawling and Un-check to enable search engine crawling.
Hope this helps you!.
